Celebrating the life of Jeremy Hugo

We are raising money for St Christopher's Hospice in memory of our much loved husband and Dad in gratitude for the extraordinary care and support they gave him and our family during the last stages of his illness.

They provided not only expert pain relief, but also coordination with hospitals and the family GP, ensuring Jem was treated with compassion and dignity and was able to enjoy as high a quality of life as was possible in his specific circumstances. It was incredibly reassuring to know that they were only a phone call away when we needed help or advice. 

During his final days, their presence in the hospital brought comfort, reassurance and a sense that we were not facing the inevitable alone.

St Christopher's makes an immeasurable difference at the most difficult times, and we hope this fundraiser will help them continue supporting other families as they supported ours.
